Shipping policy
Please allow 2 days for processing and then whatever shipping option is selected.
- Shipping time is usually around 2-4 days and does not include processing time
- Packages lost or stolen are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: if the carrier confirms the delivery of your order, we are unable to issue a refund. You will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
Please contact UPS or USPS regarding any shipping delays. We do not refund shipping charges if the carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping time.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
