Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Faye Collective. However, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit 

After 14 days of receiving your purchase, your item is no longer eligible for return. 

ALL ITEMS SOLD 20% OFF OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE.

ALL ITEMS MARKED 'FINAL SALE' ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS!

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning shoes, please send the shoes and the shoe box back. Keep the shoe box in its original condition. Please do not attach the shipping label to the box and do not tape the box. 

We do not offer exchanges.

To start a return, please email us at info@shopfayecollective.com  Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for us to process your return and store credit.
  • You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
